Honoring the Bike Riders for the MS150 in North Carolina with a thank you message

Consider writing a thank you message...

The National MS Society sponsors 100 Bike rides across the country each year, raising a large portion of all money used for research. The ride in Eastern NC has grown over the last few years immensely. We have over 2000 riders who last year raised over $1.5 million to fight MS. This year we would love to have personal thank you notes posted all over the ride, at rest stops, in their rider packets, at the dinner buffet, etc., to let them know how much we appreciate what they do for us. Some riders ride because they love riding, many ride because they or a loved one has been diagnosed with MS. By giving them these thank you and testimonials, we are reminding them of the missionm they are accomplishing by returning each year.

Please consider writing even a short thank you, no matter where you live, if their support means something to you.Perhaps you are being treated with a drug developed in part with research funds , or maybe you have had a wheelchair ramp installed or borrowed equipment from your chapter, maybe your care giver has been given a day off through their respite care program, or maybe your kids were able to go to camp and forget about a parent with MS for a while. Whatever is meaningful to you will inspire the riders to keep coming back to help.

Please send your thank you message to: Strikeoutms@hotmail.com

Sincerely,
Kathy Mackintosh
