Having interviewed and filmed several people who flew to Bulgaria for treatment after being diagnosed (incorrectly in Vancouver, Montreal and in the United Kingdom) as to not having stenosed veins I am convinced that Zamboni's findings of 90%+ of MS patients have stenosis.

The Doppler is very operator dependent and diagnosing blood flow in the vein is not easily picked up even under expert training.
