These pods do an excellent job of articulating the challenges of invisible symptoms. I tend to want to hide or disguise these invisible symptoms as a coping mechanism. In reality that only adds to the problem of people not seeing these challenges for what they are. Maybe it's a pride thing but I tend to want to keep this to myself. What can I say? I don't like help but my MS could be better managed by dropping this act. I say this but, I need to actually make this change in myself!
I'm going to email these podcasts to my husband. "Truth be told" kind of action.
