IS it MS Pain or ?

Truly this video is a "Stu's View".

Stuart Schlossman is not an MD or DO and has no credentials behind his name other than occasionally using the letters RRMS (Relapse Remitting MS).

This podcast video is merely Stuart's thoughts and questions about the type of Pain we feel.

Often people ask him about Pain they feel and wonder what to do about it. A Pain that Stuart did not mention is Headache and this is something Stuart encompasses daily by tries to not think about..

Stuart uses biofeedback / meditation to avoid thinking of his pain and instead he channels the pain elsewhere.

Stuart Says: "I Do NOT believe in Pain Medications although for some, this is the only answer". He feels that when he feels pain, he knows he is alive. And although it is sometimes overbearing, he would rather feel the pain and be able to think clearly then to dull the pain with medications, and feel dopey.

This video merely describes forms of pain and his thoughts. Watch it and draw your own conclusions and then think of the pain that you might live-with and then decide for yourselves if it's MS pain or other?
