Blogpost written by Stuart

I have known Rosa Santana (Yogarosa) for a number of years. Maybe even going back to when I was diagnosed.
{Yogarosa was Featured on Channel 10 News yesterday! (Ayer salio Yogarosa en las noticias del Canal 10!)}

Rosa has given much of herself to the local MS community here in South Florida and she works along with the MS Society to provide Yoga for many MS patients.

Watch this video and then comment please to let people know if you currently or have used Yoga and what it did for you...

I have been doing yoga for 2 years, and I do believe it helps with strengthening, flexibility and helping me to figure out ways to do things differently to get around my areas of disability. I was leery of the whole spiritual side of yoga at the beginning, but I have come to embrace the emphasis on calming the mind.
