Sleep disorders that are left untreated can really mess with every other kind of health condition out there (and in some cases, untreated disorders like apnea can even cause them to develop due to systemic chronic inflammation). It's very important to rule out sleep disorders for people with MS who are suffering extreme fatigue. Also sleep disorders like narcolepsy can mimic MS as well. If you just aren't getting enough quality sleep and you are exhausted all the time, please see your doctor about ruling out sleep problems which you may not realize you have.
