Throughout the day, visit our stress-free zone to enjoy chair massages, 

guided medication, and relaxation techniques:

v) Presentation Stations

Visit the presentation stages for a variety of presentations and demonstrations 

throughout the day.

· Plant Process – transitioning to a plant-based diet

· Cooking Healthy – cooking demonstration featuring plant-based meals

· Mind Games – learn how your body is affected by your mind and your environment

· Let’s Get Physical – learn movement strategies that can help strength and stamina

· There’s an App for That – explore the mobile applications dedicated to the 

MS patient, families, and caregivers

· Un-Social – get connected with your support groups from the privacy of your living room
